To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同屋企人行完Sogo,上咗金百利廣場7樓嘅築地日本料理開餐。餐廳大部份都係梳化,我哋被安排坐窗口位,對住日本百貨公司嘆日本料理,幻想著自己……心情都特別開朗😁！雖然餐廳吾算十分大,但勝在食物款式多樣,位於銅鑼灣中心黃金地帶,價錢相當親民,可以開懷盡食😜鹽燒冬菇♨️冬菇軟腍新鮮原味道！汁燒魷魚筒🦑魷魚大大隻爽口,配上燒汁,甜甜地味道吾錯！吉列炸生蠔♨️金黃酥脆嘅外皮包著軟嫩生蠔,滴上檸檬汁,點埋沙律醬多款壽司賣相吸引！🍣三文魚海膽丼🍱三文魚肥美,條紋清淅。海膽鮮艷,味道獨特,配埋爽脆青瓜。整個丼飯新鮮。築地甜品拼盤🍨🍰甜品出場啦,一個拼盤有齊四種口味！綠茶雪糕、豆腐雪糕、柚子蛋糕同北海道牛乳奶凍,樣樣都好好味！下次再來試下鹽燒鯖魚、油甘魚頭鮫、拉麵、鍋物先！
