系餐廳有個靈魂人物——John Stewart,佢系個香港出世,開蠔開到海外聞名,就算維珍老細Richard都會專程請佢開蠔。系傳媒的報導下,得知佢系上環有間蠔吧。John開蠔會特別細心,除了會將蠔肉反轉,以兔有污水囊藏於入面。另外,佢更會將蠔肉跟蠔殻相連的帶子位切斷,方便大家進食。John會按照季節,入了幾款時令的新鮮生蠔。我唔食生蠔,不過朋友仔就鐘意食肉質更飽滿的Ostra Regal。味道鮮甜,而且肉質爽口。由於我唔食生蠔的關係,我叫左兩只熟的蠔。左邊系煙肉芝士焗蠔,而右邊系香辣芝士焗蠔。兩款都系芝士焗蠔,不過我比較鐘意後者,因為加左少少的辣味,整體唔會咁濟,而且味道層次較為豐富。叫左1份炸魷魚圈小食。魷魚圈的圈圈唔大,不過份量都唔少。幾鐘意餐廳落了黑椒調味,不過重手左少少。Parma Ham配蜜瓜的蜜瓜味道好甜,但刨成片的甜蜜瓜,味道無蓋過Parma Ham的咸香。叻沙青口系比較fusion的菜式,香口的叻沙汁浸住肥美的青口,味道都好入味。食完再將烘好的多士點汁,將每滴叻沙的精華都食得乾乾淨淨。鐘意食魚的大家,可以叫一份焗燒鱸魚柳。曾煎香的魚柳下放滿新鮮的薯仔沙律及生菜上。肉肉

鐘意食魚的大家,可以叫一份焗燒鱸魚柳。曾煎香的魚柳下放滿新鮮的薯仔沙律及生菜上。肉肉的熟度剛剛好,煎得香但又唔會腥。

食羊的朋友更可以叫一份羊架,味道唔會太羶,而且好厚肉!一客3塊都幾抵食。

呢個蟹肉扁意粉,非常有驚喜!蟹肉比其他餐廳比較多好多,而且入口鮮味十足。另外,意粉的口感比較軟滑,又好掛汁。

最後,我們叫左抹茶奶凍黎試下⋯出奇地綠茶奶凍部份,味道唔會太甜而且好滑,配合配料的Honeycomb,整體味道都好夾。
