To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

7月1日，前一天在附近酒店🏨居住，出門已是12點。在尖沙咀搵食都沒什麼頭緒，唔想食太多肉但怕唔夠飽，最終選擇了元氣壽司作午餐。一行二人點了6款食物和一杯特飲。1. 壽喜燒牛肉飯2. 照燒三文魚薄切壽司🍣3. 灸燒黑椒三文魚壽司🍣4. 極辛三文魚卷5. 灸燒澳洲牛壽司🍣6. 甜蝦蟹膏軍艦7. 椰汁雪糕芒果特飲唔錯嘅午餐，兩人只吃了16X元,地點方便，食物新鮮。落單智能化不需經店員即可，每月必去的平民之選，每月還有一天作8折優惠。🤔👏👏
