今日放假,去嘆吓下午菜。平日都好多人等位,不過個場夠大,等一陣就入晒。下午茶都幾多款揀。【紅燒乳鴿$20】上枱都溫熱,皮都燒得幾脆,肉嫩滑。【鴛鴦雙潮$16】大大粒蝦餃同潮州粉果。兩樣都厚皮,不過蝦都算大隻爽彈,而粉果餡料都幾多。【白玉瑤柱湯包$11.8】餡料有三碎,肉碎、菇碎同蟹柳碎,再加少量瑤柱。皮厚餡料唔多。【吉列鳳尾蝦$12.8】蝦片難得仲係脆,不過鳳尾蝦係冰凍,好似雪櫃攞出嚟架,會唔會係特色嚟? 但係炸嘢我都係想食熱囉。【香檸凍軟糕$9.8】味啖似檸檬番梘味,麻麻地。
