To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放假,去嘆吓下午菜。平日都好多人等位,不過個場夠大,等一陣就入晒。下午茶都幾多款揀。【紅燒乳鴿$20】上枱都溫熱,皮都燒得幾脆,肉嫩滑。【鴛鴦雙潮$16】大大粒蝦餃同潮州粉果。兩樣都厚皮,不過蝦都算大隻爽彈,而粉果餡料都幾多。【白玉瑤柱湯包$11.8】餡料有三碎,肉碎、菇碎同蟹柳碎,再加少量瑤柱。皮厚餡料唔多。【吉列鳳尾蝦$12.8】蝦片難得仲係脆,不過鳳尾蝦係冰凍,好似雪櫃攞出嚟架,會唔會係特色嚟? 但係炸嘢我都係想食熱囉。【香檸凍軟糕$9.8】味啖似檸檬番梘味,麻麻地。
