To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

家住附近，所以已幫襯過幾次，附近西餐黎講，呢度嘅大廚水準一向穩定。而且餐廳有時會贈送禮劵比用餐後嘅顧客，今次亦因為禮劵再次幫襯。前菜: 沙律菜新鮮，磨菇湯出色，將雜菇打蓉，菇味濃厚，餐包亦脆口，如果可以提供買賣面包就更好。小食: 香炸小食併盘，份量十足，有鱼柳鸡翼薯條磨菇，个人最爱磨菇咬落Juicy。主菜: 一向鍾意選擇呢度啲意粉，今晚揀左照烧魚柳炒意粉，意粉有咬口，带甜味，略嫌魚柳今晚偏咸，同埋太厚身，有少少覺得未熟透。豬柳天使面及带子扁意粉Ok。
