To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 訂左位,無人響前門,行入小小有人出黎。但竟然因為後面一位客人話拎外賣,侍應完全無叫我等等,或叫佢等等,就直接招呼佢。印象即刻差左。到佢搞掂個外賣再招呼我既時候。同時候帶兩個客,唔知佢想我坐邊。坐低既時候,有四個餐牌(酒牌、商務午餐、餐牌同埋點心牌)講真點心選擇唔多,大餐牌最吸引既係片皮鴨($228 仲要兩食)但係三個女人仔叫左呢個就食唔到其他野。所以無叫。一坐低就有前菜,佢個大餐牌寫得好清楚,幾多位會上幾多個,又話可以同侍應講唔要。但見佢都幾多野食,等緊人就夾下。好似有小小麻辣既感覺。最終叫左點心,牛柏葉、XO 醬炒腸粉(無乜料,但就夠辣)燒賣(唔會覺得太多肥肉,包得幾好)大滷麵(真係好大碗,有蝦,仲要有海參,$55 好抵食)生煎包有四隻(多汁到我一咬落去就噴晒d 汁出黎)最尾再加個紅棗糕做甜品。呢個紅棗糕唔太甜好好味。除左帶枱果個侍應好唔得之外。其他既招呼都好好。
