To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家餐廳由朋友介紹下認識,餐廳是意式的,位於星街principal 的舊址。餐廳裝修和陳列與principal 相約,是簡約優雅feel, 播著鋼琴jazz 的音樂,環境清靜,幾適合傾下坐下食下。由於今天是公假,沒有期待的set lunch, 只有brunch 供應。brunch set $338, 頭盤可選buffet bar, 意式什菜湯,或什菜沙拉;主菜則以意粉或魚為主,以及甜點,餐飲另加$18。既然buffet bar 咁多嘢食,appetiser當然選buffet bar 啦!Buffet bar 的選擇唔少,全都是冷盤,相對同類型差不多價錢的餐廳spiga 的選擇則比較多。而味道也是相約。這些冷盤多以意式為主,相對比較吸引的有魚子醬烚旦,三文魚、artichoke, 還有cold cut 同Parma ham; 試過Parma ham 配蜜瓜,以那Parma ham的甘香,應該有兩年以上,不錯吧!主菜:panties fried cod fish with cherry tomato , taggiasca olives and capers這道鱈魚份量不少,有三大件配上薯

這道鱈魚份量不少,有三大件配上薯仔粒。鱈魚入口極之嫩滑,配以淡口蕃茄醬汁,又幾好味。尤其是加埋橄㰖,鹹鹹地吊起D鮮味。以西餐烹調方法可令這魚有蒸魚的嫩滑口感,真是難得!

這意粉份量不少,可是意粉應該不會是鮮製或手工造的。意大利餐廳的意粉無論味道或口感都是十分普通,真的叫人十分失望。海鮮以蝦同魷魚為主,醬汁是最普通的蕃茄汁,味道微酸,無乜驚喜。

甜品叫人欲罷不能!實在太好食了!軟綿綿又滑溜的mascarpone cheese , 混合好moist 的旦糕層,滲出淡淡然咖啡酒香,甜度的平衡十分精準,多吃也不覺得膩!是必點之選。

甜品: hazelnut parfait with chocolate shave and vanilla sauce

這道甜品也十分出色,雪糕磚充滿十足榛果味,十分滑溜香甜,相比tiramisu 之下,立即變得失色。

Cappuccino :是即磨的,用的是著名的lily coffee beans, 入口甘香而醇厚,泡沫豐盈而細緻,不錯。
