Restaurant: Fresh Fish Soup (Ho Pong Street)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔知有無人同我一樣,間唔中都會想吃炸春卷同魚湯米線,仲要配舊米線舖先有既凍菊蜜。(題外話想飲凍菊蜜仲可以去元朗梁記)第一次去呢間係一個係屯門返工嘅朋友介紹,今次係第二次嚟,魚湯比之前淡左,因為我食好濃嘅胡椒,加左多胡椒,所以覺得個魚湯都還可以,反而第一次叫嗰個酸辣滋味米線,就真係幾惹味唔錯三款炸嘅卷物都好味,炸雲吞一般,見隔離枱大多數都嗌全條嘅蒸魚,下次可以試吓叫,呢間唔算做得出色,但如果有日係屯門,又想食魚湯米線同炸春卷我諗我會再返嚟。
