To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2人行中環行街街順便周圍食～Delifrance D分店對我嚟講真係冇間就腳～次次想食都要專登搭車去唔太方便～所以今次一見到就決定入去食～加上用月餅盒換嘅$50現金劵即刻抵晒跟餐有是日餐湯～今日係芝士蕃茄忌廉湯配一片包仔～蕃茄湯味濃加上放咗忌廉好滑煙三文魚卡邦尼煙肉芝士扁意粉～好香白汁味意粉略硬～洋葱太多又好生有D辣喉～有3塊煙三文魚係面～即刻令賣相加分肉醬千層麵配薯蓉鐵板上～千層麵中間嘅蕃茄牛肉醬好嘢味～兩邊配薯蓉～令加芝士粉更好味百幾蚊都幾抵食呀
