To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友生日揀中環葡國菜餐廳。多年前在澳門食葡國菜後念念不忘，今次在Casa亦能找回部份感覺，整體上是一間會令人再幫趁的餐廳。二人用餐，點了兩件炸馬介休球、olive oil蒜片蝦，葡式乳豬及鴨飯，飲品則叫一jar white sangria。蒜片蝦有驚喜，蝦球富彈性，浸滿olive oil之蒜片亦不覺油膩，甘香可口。炸馬介休球非常香脆，配上white sangria胃口大開，只後悔order得太少。葡式乳豬皮脆肉厚，食完雖飽肚但仍令人食不停口。唯一令人失望的是鴨飯，入口沒有鴨的油香，飯亦偏硬有焦，比起以前在澳門食的相差太遠。。。之後因為太飽沒有食甜品，有點可惜，希望下次再光顧時會補回今次的遺憾。
