-Pan-seared Foie Gras on Buttered Brioche with Fig Jam (+88)這個鵝肝令我覺得很值得價錢的前菜,鵝肝質感柔嫩非常,一口咬下去,滿嘴肝油,加上清甜無花果及濃稠黑醋汁,濃而不膩,所有味道都平衡得恰到好處。

Seafood Paella Barcelona (+48 per person)
兩人份量的Paella,海鮮份量頗足,而且用料新鮮,蝦肉彈牙、青口鮮嫩、魷魚嫩滑,蜆肉飽滿,加上微硬富口感的飯粒,入口口感層次都好豐富。加了$128追加Boston Lobster,同樣是新鮮非常,鮮甜彈牙。

芝士蛋糕鹹鹹香香,比平時外面吃到的芝士蛋糕更重芝士味🧀,加上少許紅莓醬,令鹹中帶微甜,不錯。
