To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期六(21/9)約咗好友晚飯,本來訂咗星街Oolaa,但發現夜晚太嘈,不宜傾計,便改到Misu(QRE Plaza),點知那天下午不斷落雨,故閨蜜決定揸車,惟有揀有免費泊車的地方,所以決定好久冇去的太古廣場夜上海;去到有點驚訝,竟然八成滿座,不似預期的經濟蕭條;我們叫了3個頭盤,包括薰蛋、海參和牛油果腐皮卷,主菜則椒鹽小黃魚和焗釀蟹蓋,本打算吃嫩雞煨麵,但實在吃不下,因為留肚吃甜品-高力豆沙,總括來說,味道和賣相都好好,水準和食物質素保持,服務態度比前好多了,埋單盛惠$900,值得再幫襯😋可惜顧住傾計忘記打卡。但有一樣感覺不太好,洗手間不太整潔,可能由於是晚人多,來不及清潔!
