To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次出食評目的一 分享目的二 紀錄兩個人,星期五,1915 拎位,等左30分鐘左右,幸好最後十個號碼都無人,不然有排等。用餐時間一個半小時。2130還枱。還有個合鴨喬麥湯麵,忘記影相。總結,環境不錯,開放式廚房,讓食客可以觀摩廚師的手勢。不過油煙太大,食品也沒有驚喜,價錢亦偏貴。但關西燒好似好少地方有得食,可以一試。

總結,環境不錯,開放式廚房,讓食客可以觀摩廚師的手勢。不過油煙太大,食品也沒有驚喜,價錢亦偏貴。但關西燒好似好少地方有得食,可以一試。
