To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果唔係朋友介紹。。應該唔會比佢既門牌吸引到去食。。。仲要本身係樓上餐廳。。。同埋呢間夜晚係出名打邊爐都唔係好多人知佢有午餐ｍｅｎｕ。。。某一日同同事上左去食。。。第一道。。。水煮牛！我地仲要同ｗａｉｔｒｅｓｓ講上次唔夠ｓｐｉｃｙ。。所以佢地加左料。。呢盤水煮牛。。。好堅！！賽旁蟹。。好味！中間隻蛋係重點。。仲有唔少蟹肉。。。好足料呀！因為有同事唔食ｓｐｉｃｙ所以點左一道滑蛋牛。。呢碟就麻麻了。。有ｄ　ｈｅａ最後仲有煲仔飯！好少可午餐都有得食！所以見到即點！最後都比我地ｋｏ曬。。。特別鐘意佢ｄ飯焦呀！！！每人都係＄１００左右。。。所以已經ｅｎｃｏｒｅ左好多次～～
