To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前排因為成日唔係香港而小咗好多機會四出嚐泰🥹,琴晚終於又再次出動,約埋班舊同事拾回久違嘅家鄉味道😘。一行6人去咗食嗰間屹立九龍城多年嘅黃珍珍泰國菜館。有時行街偷聽到人哋介紹九龍城有咩泰國菜時,「黃珍珍」呢三個字不時都會聽到。呢間嘢算係香港耳熟能詳同比較出名號泰菜館之一。由於對上食呢間嘢已經係好多年前,所以今次我懷住初心嘗試呢間「泰」出名號嘅泰菜館😜。🍴冬蔭功湯 🌟🌟🌟多人一齊去食泰菜,最棹忌就係分贓唔勻😩!但,黃珍珍呢個冬蔭功湯份量足,夠我哋6個分勻有凸,每個人可以分到一隻海蝦,嘻嘻嘻😬。首先,呢個湯落咗好多紅辣椒碎,所以飲落都幾辣(唔太建議唔食得辣嘅你去嗌,又或者叫佢小辣),夠過癮!;另外,個湯南薑味唔算好濃,感覺廚師側重辣椒嘅味道而加少咗南薑落去;最後,講返隻蝦,蝦的確每人有一隻,但只係個種細細隻海蝦,而且唔太新鮮😞…… 🍴泰式燒豬頸肉 🌟🌟唔合格😞!肉質太老嚡,乾噌噌,完全唔係個種醃到好霖又嫩口嘅泰式豬頸肉……我自己有個對燒豬頸肉嘅評分準則—肉汁鎖唔鎖得實。然而,黃珍珍呢味燒豬頸肉太令我失望,咬落無咩肉汁,火燒太大燒到個肉身好乾,即使蘸咗佢個羅望子醬汁(偏甜),都唔覺有令佢起死回

唔合格😞!肉質太老嚡,乾噌噌,完全唔係個種醃到好霖又嫩口嘅泰式豬頸肉……我自己有個對燒豬頸肉嘅評分準則—肉汁鎖唔鎖得實。然而,黃珍珍呢味燒豬頸肉太令我失望,咬落無咩肉汁,火燒太大燒到個肉身好乾,即使蘸咗佢個羅望子醬汁(偏甜),都唔覺有令佢起死回生🥹!

不過不失嘅串燒,唔算太有特色🙂。佢個沙嗲醬比較稀,唔係個種黏黏稠稠;然後,三款串燒缺少炭火烤味,反而有種甜甜嘅味道(可能同醃料有關?),而肉質尚算嫩滑,所有嘢都中規中矩。

不過不失的小食拼盤,勉強合格🙂。每道泰式小食唔會好食到驚艷到你,過下口癮送下啤酒完全無問題🍻。香葉包雞,雞肉有層淡淡斑蘭香葉味,唔多只係剛好有,唔算好食,但叫擺得落口;炸蝦餅🍤,平平無奇,似現成做好拎去解凍然後油炸嘅食品;泰式春卷,尚算香脆但偏油;香辣魚餅,感覺都係現成貨……整體味道一般,但呢個小食拼盤上得好慢,我哋食到主菜咁上下先上😵‍💫。

🍴泰式辣豬肉碎生菜包🌟🌟🌟🌟
上菜時,個泰式豬肉碎望落乾噌噌,心入面即刻大大對佢打咗個折扣🤨。但一食落,就被佢個味道狠狠打咗我一巴😳。肉碎成功鎖住泰式醬汁,配搭上自帶肉汁嘅光環,就算唔包生菜就咁放入口都超正啊!佢個種曖昧辣味(算係辣?定唔算辣?),配上各種香料嘅加乘,令到我一啖接一啖咁食唔停!真係菜不可以貌相啊,抵讚🤭!

我記得食呢道菜之前,我同其中一位朋友講:其實呢啲無骨鳳爪,係由廚房啲姐姐用口親自吮出嚟😂。當然呢個關於無骨鳳爪嘅都市傳說係假㗎啦!講翻正經嘢先,呢道酸辣鳳爪咬落Q軟唔算太硬,配上佢哋嘅秘製涼伴辣汁食落相當惹味😗。

泰式蟹料理🦀,如咖喱炒蟹、炸軟殼蟹,蟹肉奄列,淨係聽到個蟹字都會流晒口水🤤!由於食咖喱炒蟹又要剝殼然後整到隻手好污糟(我心思思好想試),一行人決定改試軟殼蟹!個黃咖喱偏水,味道唔算濃,一啲都唔辣(可能同我可以食得好辣有關?),軟殼蟹蘸咗呢個咖喱都唔會得得特別好食😅;即使被厚粉包裹嘅軟殼蟹食落仍不失其鮮味,蟹肉厚實,絕對對得起呢個價錢!唔似我之喺某啲餐廳食個種7:3 粉蟹比例嘅炸軟殼蟹。如果個咖喱做得出色啲,相信可以為呢道加分。建議單點佢嗰個炸軟殼蟹就可以了。

千祈唔好比佢個名呃咗!其實呢個就係PAD THAI!黃珍珍嘅PAD THAI相當好味,麵身介乎濕同乾之間,口感煙韌,而且充滿鑊氣,好食!蛋花、芽菜,蔥花比例恰到好處,最緊要係啲蝦仁相當彈牙,索晒醬料嘅蝦仁食落真係無得輸!不過有啲美中不足係,啲蝦乾仔小得可憐,如果比多啲嘅話,炒落一定更香😗!

重新出發,繼續嚐泰😎。食完呢間位於九龍城嘅多年老店,心情有啲複雜😖,可能期望過高吧?驚艷程度感覺沒有如坊間所形容的。由於性價比不大,除非係某朋友指定要食呢間,否則我短期內應該唔會再光顧🙂
