To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

住左係沙田30年都係黎過櫻田一次,今年阿媽生日難得又諗起佢所以再重遊舊地😉今次試食佐賀和牛薄燒套餐,前菜有沙律同蟹肉南瓜凍湯。凍湯都幾清新開胃,比想像中易入口,而且更突顯到南瓜嘅清甜頭盤係燒北海道帆立貝配鯖魚或銀雪魚,帆立貝略為細粒左啲,不過都幾甜。個人喜歡銀雪魚多過鯖魚,多啲油香同埋魚肉較滑主菜係薄燒佐賀和牛,入面夾左一啲葱花蒜粒,減輕油膩感,帶出和牛嘅油香最後有日式蛋炒飯配炒雜菜,炒飯嘅油稍微多了點,但都唔錯,雜菜清菜無落調味最後再黎一個紅豆雪糕,食得出係自家製,用料實在,充滿紅豆香。呢餐食到飽,飽到行唔郁咁滯😂😂
