今日去咗美孚到稻坊食晚飯,因為啱季節食長腳蟹。Book位嗰陣時要訂阿拉斯加帝王蟹,如果唔係冇得食。去到一坐低,侍應姐姐就走過來叫你去廚房揀蟹,由於我哋四個大人,侍應姐姐推介咗隻5斤4重,望落去勁大隻,仲心諗食唔食得晒。等咗大半個鐘,隻蟹就黎啦!比起海港,好似仲鮮味一啲,海水味好重,每隻腳都啖啖肉,不過蟹膏就唔係好多,最後都好似唔係好夠食😂之後再叫咗個套餐,有條海魚,加兩個餸。清蒸海虎杉條魚想像中細條,但肉質鮮嫩,蒸得啱啱好。魚香斑腩茄子煲呢個煲幾特別,冇肉碎,感覺好似少咗啲嘢,但配班腩都好特別,茄子比較林,可能因為佢切得薄。黑松露滑蛋炒蝦仁呢個值得一讚,成碟餸好香黑松露味,落咗好多黑松露,令到啲蛋好鹹香。而且啲蝦勁大粒,好足料,啲蝦仲多過啲蛋😂 最後每人要叫咗一碗白飯撈蛋食,正!臨走前妹人叫咗個燕窩燉椰皇,$38都算係咁,雖然細咗啲但係上面勁多燕窩,不過燕窩就鞋鞋地,唔知真定假呢

呢個值得一讚,成碟餸好香黑松露味,落咗好多黑松露,令到啲蛋好鹹香。而且啲蝦勁大粒,好足料,啲蝦仲多過啲蛋😂
最後每人要叫咗一碗白飯撈蛋食,正!
