今日我又去咗令一間海港食飯,我諗應該係呢一個月嘅第三間,咁都係照舊例牌,一行五個人叫咗一隻四斤14輛嘅阿拉斯加皇帝蟹,但係今日又加咗價,我有148一斤到168斤,食到今日去到$188一斤,咁其實價錢都接受到嘅,因為自己出去街市買都應該要$200一斤,最緊要係唔使煮唔使洗呀嘛,睇怕正常又要嗌幾個小菜啦如果唔係就唔夠食,咁我今日帶咗個孖寶,就係蒜香蒸鱔同埋茄子斑腩煲,呢個蒸鱔份量真係十分之少,真係有投訴過,味道還可以正常可接受。再嚟嗰個茄子斑腩煲,上台嗰陣仲係渣渣聲,好季軍,都算好香口,不過係多咗少少,斑腩嘅份量都好足夠,茄子就有少少油膩得滯。帶多咗個西蘭花炒帶子,呢個就分量十足喎,可能係單點菜啦,不過咁樣又唔啱喎冇理由孖寶嘅份量少咁多,有啲過分燒男仔不過不失啦,但勝在份量夠多,不過脂肪部份好似多少少,比例可以再進步啲再嚟就係蟹,今日啲蟹膏有啲苦味,可能師傅開蟹蓋緊時候切爆左個膽掛,要扣分,蟹肉質素都保持水準。

再嚟嗰個茄子斑腩煲,上台嗰陣仲係渣渣聲,好季軍,都算好香口,不過係多咗少少,斑腩嘅份量都好足夠,茄子就有少少油膩得滯。

帶多咗個西蘭花炒帶子,呢個就分量十足喎,可能係單點菜啦,不過咁樣又唔啱喎冇理由孖寶嘅份量少咁多,有啲過分
