To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

兩年前母親大人和她的友人們泥過呢度食蟹之後就一發不可收拾 去了數次 而我都好幸運堂食過然後Covid-19嘅來臨將無盡嘅東西打亂晒連吃蟹都被它拖累父母親大人亦都時常將這阿拉斯加蟹掛在口邊終於發現有做外賣 他倆大喜就買個5.4大斤四人吃就算是家裏吃 都好吃到喊出嚟啖啖肉 勁肥美啲肉多到砸扁人啲膏多到浸親人鮮甜有肉汁 又蟹味濃最正嘅方法係將成條蟹肉點隊落佢啲creamy的蟹膏度跟住大大啖咬落去大食嘅我其實食兩條腿已經不行了 仲有其他餸 真係不得了嚕幸運的我 戈個月一次過食咗三次很瘋吧 海港酒家 阿拉斯加長腳蟹 238/斤 📍西寶城分店
