To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想食牛角係因為睇咗日本電視台嘅廣告 同埋好掛住牛角飯🥺太耐冇去,而且今次係周末去, 基本上個餐牌都唔係好記得😅 見到menu上有新發行產品,而且全部都係牛,所以就無慮即決, 點咗嚟試當燒肉Like嘅好處係可以一人獨自快樂時, 牛角的確係比較適合一班人去食; 但我覺得更大嘅差別係牛角嘅燒肉質素真係比較好 當然大家可以話唔同價錢水位, 質素冇得比; 不過當燒肉Like俾緊紙咁薄嘅牛肉去燒, 同埋下下都要等成粒鐘, 牛角真係比較好享受今日點咗一份牛角極上四品燒肉盛合, 當中包括有上級牛肋肉,美國上級牛頸脊, 網燒一口牛, 同埋特選熟成牛, 牛肉可以揀鹽味或醬汁, 當然仲有我最喜愛嘅牛角飯; 可惜嘅係假日menu冇得任添,否則我可以食兩碗🤣總括嚟講 牛角係有質素嘅,只可惜冇咗以前我好喜愛嘅甜品- 銅鑼燒! 食飽後可以有一客甜品自己去燒係一件好滿足嘅事🥲希望將來可以有返
