食韓國野令人開心就是多款的前菜, 每款細細碟可以試多幾樣又好味。阿媽返鄉下無人煮飯, 接下來一個星期多都要自己解決。今日放左工就食埋飯先返屋企, 搵間餐廳坐好過一個人對電視食飯盒。6小味前菜好豐盛呀,食食下都飽了一半。青瓜芽菜都係唔辣架,爽口多汁。 小魚乾就鹹香乾身。炸青椒釀牛肉,咬口爆汁,出面層蛋漿但就比較油啦。紅色的醃蘿蔔絲,原來不辣的酸酸甜甜咁。泡菜一定係坐上客不能少,  酸味多唔笠太辣,很易入口,我鍾意酸D因証明發酵時間夠,含有多D乳酸菌。人蔘雞半份,都好足了用了半隻雞。肉可以沾黑豆鹽一齊食做提味。個湯蔘味喝不出,反而似廣東湯水架感覺。底到有粟子,糯米好似換了白米,無左黏身吃粥品咁。雞肉煮好輕輕一夾就骨肉分離啦,連骨都腍曬細細力咬骨都散開,煮了好耐先有架效果,火喉夠。雞肉好軟綿,亦都無因長時間煲煮令到雞味流失,仲食到雞味兼吸收了湯頭架鹹鮮味。點了個石頭豬肉鍋飯, 本身呢間店好多人食燒肉, 唔想太HEAVY又平D, 希望每人百來元可以賣單。豬肉片好似澳門燒肉片陣味,醃到甜甜地開胃,因我本身好鐘意食架,夾埋泡菜又出奇地襯。食鍋飯唔好心急, 因個石鍋好熱, 高溫也不要太快撈,等熱力同

青瓜芽菜都係唔辣架,爽口多汁。 小魚乾就鹹香乾身。炸青椒釀牛肉,咬口爆汁,出面層蛋漿但就比較油啦。紅色的醃蘿蔔絲,原來不辣的酸酸甜甜咁。

點了個石頭豬肉鍋飯, 本身呢間店好多人食燒肉, 唔想太HEAVY又平D, 希望每人百來元可以賣單。豬肉片好似澳門燒肉片陣味,醃到甜甜地開胃,因我本身好鐘意食架,夾埋泡菜又出奇地襯。


食鍋飯唔好心急, 因個石鍋好熱, 高溫也不要太快撈,等熱力同油滲入白飯, 食到尾就有香口架飯焦食到啦。放左好多料好似有雞多, 紫菜碎,椰菜絲,當然唔少得主角豬肉片啦。雖然攪好左個樣唔吸引一PAT野,之但係每口都有各種食材係入面, 一口接一口咁就食完個飯啦。


好正宗有我去旅行食到架地道風味, 下次食LUNCH可以行過來再ENCORE。
