之前已經食過台灣古早蛋糕都十分鐘意,今次見到紅磡新開阿里山台灣古早蛋糕,聽聞賣相又靚味道又正,所以點都要嚟試下。揀咗日本柚子蜜味同埋朱古力味兩種,日本柚子蜜味係用最新鮮日本高知縣柚子皮,同埋台灣龍眼蜜做。因為柚子嘅味道獨特同埋畀人一種好fresh嘅感覺,加埋台灣嘅龍眼蜜個味道,令人一試難忘。另外朱古力味係用上可可粉比例高嘅外國入口朱古力而成 ,所以口感一流同埋味道都比較濃郁但又唔會太甜,絕對值得推介。總括兩個蛋糕嘅蛋味都好濃厚,絕對係真材實料,老闆用心製作,下次有機會我會再試埋其他嘅味道,特別係芝麻味同埋榴槤味,呢兩款都係我嘅喜愛!
