今日朋友帶我去食浜燒🤤雖然嗰度搵咗一陣先至搵到,喺天文臺道一直行上斜路盡頭,但係去到都覺得係值得因為食物都幾高質🌟我哋叫咗二人前套餐$1,088🌸套餐會包括餐前小食有海草、粒貝、漬物,之後有季節沙律🥗同刺身五點。中toro、深海池魚、三文魚、甜蝦都好新鮮🍣🔥浜燒全部海鮮會係你面前燒,完全欣賞到師傅嘅手勢🌞🦪日本生蠔用牛油同埋鰹魚汁燒,唔會燒到太老,食嘅時候仲係脹卜卜同juicy,加上青檸汁食會吊出海鮮味。✨南非鮑魚非常彈牙有咬口,配上柚子胡椒鹽好惹味。💧函館北寄貝用上北寄貝自身嘅海水,再加鰹魚汁同牛油,結合咸香同鮮味。💫北海道帆立貝用香草、sake、鰹魚汁同牛油煮,好大火但入面依然嫩滑。🌟隱藏食法甲羅燒x蒲燒鰻魚丼蟹味噌甲羅燒多蟹肉同蟹膏香,剩返可以做隱藏食法撈成田蒲燒鰻魚丼食估唔到咁夾🥳最後以抹茶布甸甜品作尾🥳
