To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港這兩天降溫 天冷就想吃一些熱熱辣辣的 第一個想到的就是川菜這家店我和朋友經常去吃主打京川粵菜 菜量很大 價格又實惠進店就看到他家近期新推出羊腩煲 看起來就暖笠笠的 果斷嘗試下^川氏風味羊腩煲滿滿的一大鍋端上來 先點上爐子煲內主要是羊腩 蘿蔔 腐竹搭配的時令蔬菜是生菜羊腩份量足 沒什麼羶味 一口下去全身都暖了!蘿蔔要煮得久一些才入味羊腩煲吃得差不多後加水燙生菜 超級滿足!重慶辣子雞經典川菜辣子雞 雞肉火候剛好 腰果香脆整體來說不功不過靈芝菇萵筍絲羊腩煲和辣子雞口味比較重萵筍絲較清淡剛好能中和口感清脆十分爽口北方蔥油餅主食點了蔥油餅和印象中薄薄的蔥油餅不一樣外皮炸至酥脆 內裡軟糯香甜 當作主食ok不過差在沒什麼蔥油味道
