今日喺大埔墟體育館做完運動,記得朋友講過附近有間幾出名嘅拉麵店,作為一個拉麵控當然唔會放過依個機會啦😎拉麵除咗可以揀湯底,仲可以揀埋麵條、麵質、要幾多蔥、要叉燒定係豬軟骨、辣唔辣🌶唔只餐牌多選擇,枱上面都擺咗調味料畀大家自由加🧂一場嚟到就決定試下「限定·鳴」($88),今日係魚介豬骨濃湯,湯底果然名副其實非常濃厚😍麵條揀咗直麵🍜有啲拉麵店嘅叉燒係薄切,而依度嘅叉燒算係比較厚,咬落去有啖啖肉嘅感覺,而且食到叉燒有輕輕燒過嘅香味,如果燒耐少少多啲焦香味就更好🔥溏心蛋非常出色,單係睇到半生熟嘅蛋黃已經知道烹煮時間拿捏得非常好,而且夠晒入味👍本身碗拉麵係包咗半隻溏心蛋,但係我食完半隻都覺得意猶未盡,強烈推薦大家要追加一隻溏心蛋🥚做完運動想解下熱,所以另外嗌咗一杯青蘋果白桃乳酸梳打($28)🍹,亦都好適合配搭埋濃味嘅拉麵除咗拉麵同飲品之外,亦都可以嗌串燒、玉子燒、炸物等等屋台料理,可惜今次得自己一個食唔到咁多,惟有留返下次食喇🤤
