深井燒鵝馳名中外,不過分店就越開越多,唔需要特登入深井去食,不過深井似終有佢既獨特風味。先叫了碟叉燒,真係唔錯,叉燒用了梅頭肉,唔會太肥,肉嫩有汁,而且邊位有焦香,同時又帶蜜味。入深井點可以唔食燒鵝,例牌足二人分享,鵝皮香脆,鵝肉帶肉汁及脂香,不過天氣凍,放到最後油脂就呈糕狀,所以要即叫即食。豉油皇鵝腸以芽菜及葱墊底,鵝腸炒得爽脆入味,芽菜吸收了醬汁味道,非常爽口。檸檬蒸烏頭略嫌不夠黃油,但檸檬醬同烏頭真係很夾,能去掉烏頭的泥味,提升魚的鮮甜。
