To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上網search見呢間嘢好似得一間分店呢間刺身丼飯認真唔貴刺身飯平均二百幾滑蛋豬扒飯都係$148今次都唔忍手，叫咗唔少美食。打響頭炮嘅係雙色鐵火丼覺得麻麻地，兩款都有筋赤身唔似赤身，覺得似普通最平嘅部位但三文魚就非常好味厚切同好香呢個名夠長夠架勢叫 五日市豚肉白菜千層紙鍋貪佢好似有啲技術點樣千層紙其實就係娃娃菜食材關係，唔會唔好味煮熟晒先好食～～～呢個海膽$388/50g當初無乜概念50g會唔會得一篤，但結果都好夠食夾住紫菜更香絕對夠新鮮～～～～滑蛋豬扒飯都無失禮，整得好香口～總結間嘢都幾多選擇，下次可以再試 爆三文魚子飯同串燒類食物～～
