全間舖頭只有一個鯛魚湯頭、三款麵,我個人唔好鯛魚i.e鱲魚,所以唔啱我口味。舖頭座位有14-15個位,感覺有啲逼,食客多數係遊客,感覺香港人唔多。仲有比較少見係落單後即時俾錢。*鯛白湯 $138鯛白湯用真鯛+貝類熬製8個鐘以上,加熱後再用攪拌棒打至起泡。味道十分「魚」,鮮甜到似一整條魚直接變成一啖湯。湯頭冇隔渣,保留魚蓉口感,係幾有趣。附柚子醬可以自行配搭,但柚子味好淡,加乘效果唔係特別強。麵條硬度適中,掛湯又掛魚蓉,魚香、麥香兩者兼備。叉燒軟嫩,但肉味偏淡。
