今晚係除夕夜我們去咗東涌藍天海岸嘅「My Thai Bar & Restaurant」食晚飯!我們叫咗龍蝦冷盤伴紅莓醋、香煎法國鵝肝配紅酒燴梨、法式洋蔥湯、紅桑子雪葩、低溫烤原條美國1855安格斯肉眼扒「10安士」、法式焦糖燉蛋/朱古力心太軟伴雪糕、鮮蝦冷盤、燒西冷牛扒「8安士」、沙嗲鷄肉「半打」同三味魚「鱸魚」!龍蝦冷盤伴紅莓醋嘅龍蝦肉好爽口彈牙,加埋紅莓醋汁一齊嚟食,酸酸甜甜相當開胃!香煎法國鵝肝配紅酒燴梨嘅鵝肝煎得外層好金黃香脆,入面亦好嫩滑!法式洋蔥湯嘅洋蔥煮得好腍,湯底嘅味道好香甜濃郁!紅桑子雪葩嘅味道酸酸甜甜,非常清新同醒胃!低溫烤原條美國1855安格斯肉眼扒「10安士」嘅肉質極之鬆軟嫩滑,肉味亦非常香濃!係本人嘅必食推介!法式焦糖燉蛋表面嘅焦糖相當香脆,鷄蛋極之香甜軟滑!朱古力心太軟伴雪糕嘅心太軟非常流心,流出嚟嘅朱古力相當香甜軟滑,但味道唔會過甜!鮮蝦冷盤嘅鮮蝦肉質超爽口彈牙,味道亦好鮮甜!燒西冷牛扒「8安士」嘅肉質非常嫩滑,肉味亦好濃郁,再加埋個秘製醬汁一齊食,真係極之惹味!沙嗲鷄肉「半打」嘅肉質好嫩滑,唔會有「嚡」嘅感覺!三味魚「鱸魚」嘅賣相非常吸引,魚肉炸得好香脆
