今晚住東涌的朋友約我晚膳,他介紹了一間泰國餐廳,星期一至五下午5點後,星期六、日及假期早上11點後堂食主餐牌有七折,非常優惠。他還教我從東涌站C出口,入“東薈城名店倉”,乘扶手電梯上L2層,穿過商店長廊步行幾分鐘,然後下一層過行人天橋,到藍天海岸的圓形廣場地面。餐廳門面燈飾耀眼,內部裝修華麗,格調高雅,富泰國風情。翻開餐牌,多款特色泰國美食相當吸引。「泰式什錦拼盤」有蝦餅、魚餅、香茅雞翼、素菜米紙卷及伴碟蔬菜,份量不少,並附上特色香醋和泰式辣醬。香茅雞翼皮脆肉嫩,香味滲透其中,十分惹味,點上泰式辣醬,味道更提升一個層次。素菜米紙卷爽脆,清新口感,點上酸酸甜甜的香醋,又是另一番滋味。「咕嚕甜酸豬肉」炸得脆卜卜,份外香口,加上新鮮菠蘿粒及酸甜芡汁,是一道非常開胃的菜式。「香芒蟹肉炒飯」材料有芒果、蟹肉絲、蛋絲、車厘茄等,飯炒得很香。芒果配蟹肉原來是好拍檔,果香夾鮮味,新鮮口感。「泰式凍奶茶」泰式奶茶有獨特的香味,是我的至愛。「雜果賓治」清涼特飲,吃完辣後飲用最合宜。原來餐廳逢星期三還有“你食幾多送你飲幾多”優惠,生日月更會送氣泡酒或紅、白酒一枝,下次再相約生日朋友來慶祝。 continue reading

今日一家人去東涌朋友屋企house warming之後去左附近搵食,我哋東薈城出發,經過條設計幾特別嘅圓梯,去到橋底,見到間裝潢唔錯嘅泰菜,試下先。環境:東南亞設計,感覺優雅有格調,光線柔和,成個人好放鬆。座位鬆動,地方乾淨,俾個讚先。服務:服務員友善勤快,問左好多菜式問題都一一解答,手腳又快,呢度出餸都快㗎,我好滿意。食物方面,我哋都食左幾多嘢😂泰式雜錦拼盤:當中嘅泰式春卷最出色,啲醬都調校得唔錯,其他食物正常。菠蘿冬陰功海鮮清湯:呢個幾特別,一般冬陰功都好油,呢個清湯就好唔同,酸辣適中,海鮮新鮮,對我呢講OK, 我老婆就好鍾意。馬拉盞炒雜菜:呢間係少數馬拉盞炒菜而唔會太咸嘅。👍👍香茅上湯豬扒金邊粉:豬扒都大塊,金邊粉爽口。半隻泰式無骨海南雞:雞鮮嫩,醬料夠靈魂,好味。👍香葉海鮮炒河粉:呢個出色,海鮮好豐富,有蝦、青口、魷魚等,炒得好惹味。👍👍半隻泰式嫩滑鹵水泰式豬手拌酸菜:豬手皮軟肉嫩,鹵水味道恰到好處,酸菜調和味道同口感,是日推介。👍👍👍黃姜飯:我個女一個人好快食晒,唔知好唔好食😂😂😂最後的甜品:原隻芒果糯米飯,又一出色之作,芒果清甜爽口,紫米加白糯米飯,口感一流,唔會太甜。👍👍👍 總結:人均港幣265,價格合理,去開東涌玩,想食泰菜,呢間不二之選。優惠資訊:星期一至五17:00後堂食主餐牌七折星期六、日及假期11:00後堂食主餐牌也是七折星期三更有「你吃多少送你喝多少」的超值優惠生日月來用餐,還可以免費獲得氣泡酒或紅、白酒一枝。 continue reading

今日和朋友行山完,在東涌找了一間泰國菜進食。餐廳高貴典雅懷舊。座位寬敞舒適。最後我們叫了以下食物。1.泰式雜錦拼盤($188 )泰式雜錦拼盤包含了四件蝦餅,四件魚餅,三隻雞翼,四件素菜米紙卷。蝦餅和魚餅都非常彈牙,且炸到金黃酥脆,且內軟。雞翼翼煎得非常香口。米子卷的皮薄,餡料用上不同的蔬菜,清新。還配有兩款不同的醬汁,供選擇。2.沙嗲串燒(雞肉&或豬肉) ($98 )沙嗲串燒可選擇合併的味道,選擇了雞肉和豬肉,燒得野味香口。配上旁邊淡淡花生粒醬汁的沙嗲醬,非常惹味。3.泰式炒金邊粉(蝦球) ( $138 )份量比想像中大,兩隻大隻的彈牙的蝦。 配上旁邊的辣椒碎,花生碎和青檸,增添風味。4.Guinness($68/HH) continue reading
