To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

禮拜日上午九點幾十點攞飛，迫爆，要等位，唔算耐。知客都嚴謹，一定要check哂在座所有人已嘟安心出行，不過態度誠懇。酒樓裝修有啲娘娘地英式鄉村田園風味feel，分配咗角落張5-6人枱，坐得比較舒適。現場因為聲音嘈雜，所以大家講嘢都冇咩影響，啱哂一家大細嘈嘈閉、傾偈唔駛壓低聲底。口痕叫咗碟好耐冇食嘅擂沙湯丸，一碟四粒黑芝麻餡，輕輕一夾已唧咗啲餡出嚟，小甜，幾粒連環食唔覺漏。郊外油菜之生菜都幾大碟，走咗幾多油。抵食之選係個太極鴛鴦飯，超多汁，餸夠多，碟頭大又深，足夠5-6人食有餘。魷魚酥個脆漿就唔係我鍾意嗰種質地，件數亦偏小，魷魚亦太幼。以附近冇乜同類型大眾化酒樓嚟講係一個方便選擇。
