聽聞新蒲崗老字號陳儀興於太子開咗全新概念店,裝修優雅脫俗、食物精心設計、手工細緻、不失潮州菜風味。今日去開太子果頭,當然去埋陳儀興尚潮樓啦。店舖果然如介紹一樣、環境舒適,而且服務非常周到。打開餐牌,雖然好多菜式想食,例如廿年老菜脯鮮豬肚湯、魚露浸花蛤、螄蚶、魚露浸花甲咁,但都係俾常食開嘅鵝肝、鵝腸、鵝肉、豬手等等吸引咗。鵝三寶:分別有鵝肉、鵝腸以及鵝肝,鵝三寶底下有豆腐。陳儀興嘅潮汕滷水好好食就已經係街知巷聞嘅事,我特別鍾意佢哋嘅鵝肝。鵝肝厚切,而且入口即融,非常之正。金不換燉海螺:燉湯好清,金不換新鮮清香撲鼻,而且本身同海螺好夾。清燉荷包鱔:清燉荷包鱔是潮州菜的王牌手工菜之一,鹹菜葉包裹住白鱔,然後加入上湯清燉。鱔肉肉質肥厚、鹹菜的鹹、白鱔的鮮、配合得天衣無縫,一流之作!梅汁炆豬手:充滿骨膠原的菜式。豬手軟淋,汁料酸甜好好味。而另一個顯示手工同細心嘅地方,就係豬手都起哂骨,入口每一啖都係豬手皮同豬手肉。豬手再配上一碗白粥,中和豬手骨膠原嘅黏口感。飲品方面,我哋點咗汕飲品烏豆水同老藥桔。烏豆水就甜味:而老藥桔就咸味、似咸甘吉咁,既好飲又健康。
