To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又去旺角就去左陶源飲下午茶,雖然今日係星期六,不過我地比較遲,所以都唔洗等位。我今次終於記得影點心紙,極速落單之後就乖乖地等嘢食嚟。我唔食嘅牛肉球,因為我屋企人都幾鍾意食呢個,差唔多去到邊度都會嗌。佢地傳述返都幾好食,至少啲肉都算新鮮。而且係好平,所以呢個超抵食。然後有叉燒包,呢個叉燒包比一般酒樓好食。首先佢嘅包係好軟熟嘅,入面嘅叉燒餡比較新鮮同埋唔會好膩。平時唔食生煎包嘅我,都覺得呢個幾好食。首先都係因為佢嘅包好軟熟,雖然佢係煎,但係食落都唔會覺得好油好肥膩。蝦腸好好味,腸粉超滑,啲蝦雖然係雪藏蝦但係咬落都好爽口。鳳爪都不錯啦。呢個野係見佢好平先點,食落真係有芋頭同埋有少少五香嘅味。雖然唔及蝦春卷咁好食,不過呢個價錢絕對抵食,亦都絕對值得下次再叫架!鹹水角今次炸得賣相唔太好,不過食落依舊咁好食。呢個好似第一次食,唔算好食,個人會鐘意食馬拉糕多啲。奶皇味唔太重,不過都幾鬆軟。最後仲有兩個甜品,呢個棗皇糕超好食。平時我係唔食棗皇糕架!佢呢個有好香嘅紅棗味之餘,會有椰汁嘅香味,因為佢一層層隔住隔住咁。個糕超級煙韌,我都覺得好正!加埋個價錢超抵,絕對值得去試。最後係杏仁茶,佢有好香嘅杏仁味,

最後係杏仁茶,佢有好香嘅杏仁味,食佢嗰個覺得都幾好味。

整體而言,4個人食左咁多嘢,埋單都唔洗$200,超級抵食。
佢平得嚟食物嘅質素都不錯,只不過服務麻麻,絕對值得去食。
