To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時都係係街外買新鮮大閘蟹返屋企煮,今次就試下大閘蟹放題啦😂首先,係open rice 買左優惠卷先👸🏻,之後再打電話去各分店預約。好啦,而家講下放題包括咩💁🏻‍♀️,呢個放題係包大閘蟹任食兩小時,不過當晚去, 就完全冇計時間。所有大閘蟹都係即叫即蒸,所以去到就要第一時間落單啦,都要蒸20分鐘,而大閘蟹有三款口味可選擇,包括清蒸、太雕蒸、油鹽焗,我就覺得油鹽焗最好食啦。另外 ,片皮鴨、主食飯類、糖水甜品🍮都係無限添加。每位都會附送鮑汁扣原隻鮑魚伴翡翠、金湯小米燴遼參、蟹粉扒豆苗 各一客。🙋🏻‍♀️試食感受:蟹係任食既,當晚一人就食左20隻蟹左右,唔可以預左d 蟹質素好好,因為當中都會有出現d 蟹唔新鮮既情況,不過可接受,始終一分價錢一分貨,同埋我一見到唔新鮮就冇食🤭。而個片皮鴨都幾好食😂,我攞左好多份,甜品剩係試左個薑茶湯圓,個薑茶好濃,我覺得唔錯 ,有機會去食既朋友仔可以試下。另外附送既三款菜式就冇咩特別。 酒樓員工都幾有禮貌,值得一讚。 (此乃純屬個人意見)一次過叫左好多隻, 有d 唔新鮮就冇食到放題附送既個片皮鴨可以任食, 但要出去攞, 有d 麻煩呢個薑茶湯圓唔錯
