To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

陽光下的早餐

肥髀已經考試完成，日日都放早，一早去接肥髀放學，在炮台山轉車前先去搵食，返工已經日日茶餐廳早餐，放假已經唔會再去食港式早餐，搵間咖啡店飲咖啡，呢間咖啡店好細，店面全部做了廚房，在向商場一邊有張高櫈加一塊小枱面，不過呢個位置早餐比較曬，在陽光下嘆早餐！我點了食物，店員就開始整，整好在小窗口遞比我！大部分人都係外賣！吞拿魚蘋果碎蛋牛角包餐（$55）用紙包好，牛角包鬆脆香口，吞拿魚碎蛋好多，沙律醬包裹住蛋碎及吞拿魚，打得滑，唔會好酸，中間夾雜啲爽甜嘅蘋果碎，增加脆口口感（好似食山竹牛肉夾雜馬蹄碎嘅感覺）加上生菜爽口，好味！Cold Cappuccino(combo+$2)透明杯用花花圖案紙圈好靚！咖啡唔落糖，味道微甘，牛奶泡打得滑，好順喉，不過咖啡凍飲就無咁香！好味！店員幾nice，因為第一次幫襯，會介紹麵包蛋糕類比我選擇！有笑容會好似朋友咁打招呼，小店嘅人情味！唔使返工嘅悠閒早晨！
