To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟友人在佐敦,看見橫街有間日式拉麵小店,感覺舒適便進內吃午餐。舖座位約有十多個,裝修簡潔陽光透過2邊的玻璃窗直射進內,非常光猛。被黑熊拉麵的黑蒜吸引,吃拉麵怎能沒有糖心蛋? 加了隻秘製糖心蛋! 拉麵看上去黑黑的,蒜香撲鼻。叉燒上小小的豆瓣醬令叉燒的層次感增加,刺激味蕾!湯底用上豬骨、炸蒜及蒜油熬製,口感豐富充滿蒜香。餃子熱呼呼的上枱,1碟5隻。豬肉跟蔬菜比例適中,內裡肉汁不少,餃子皮不脆身但香口。配微辣醬汁同吃十分不錯。吃光了整碗拉麵~ 如湯底可以選擇小油會更好!
