To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

▫️隨心鰂魚涌海光街12號地舖餐廳地點方便，離地鐵站只有5分鐘步行距離。餐廳主打星馬菜，近期加入川菜系列，特意前來一試。🍽️ 馬來西亞肉骨茶 (一位)雖然是一位上的肉骨茶，但十分足料，藥材味非常重，當歸味濃郁，喝一口馬上行氣活血，全身非常暖和。另外肉骨茶內的排骨啖啖肉，吸收了湯的精華。🍽️ 招牌沸騰魚 (兩人份)水煮魚的份量很多，魚肉肉身嫩滑，帶點麻香味，略嫌辣度不足。另外配料甚多，有青瓜、本菇、雞髀菇，更有飽肚感十足的寬粉，煙煙韌韌，吸收了水煮魚香味，非常爽口。
