To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過新加坡菜，甘岩睇完飲食節目見到個黑蘿蔔糕好好食甘，於是專登黎試一試。除左叫左黑蘿蔔糕之外，仲叫左沙嗲黄金豆腐，無骨海南雞飯同青檸梳打。黑蘿蔔糕切成一粒粒連埋雞蛋一齊去煎，再加埋入味既黑醬油，果然冇令我失望。沙嗲黄金豆腐，第一次食炸豆腐配沙嗲醬，豆腐炸到外脆內軟，沙嗲醬甜甜地，有花生粒，配搭唔會突兀，可以試下。無骨海南雞飯既雞肉唔鞋口，可惜當晚油飯售罄，無得試，得返白飯，下次一定要黎試下。青檸梳打鍾意佢冇落糖，原汁原味，又健康。呢間都幾多街坊黎食，老闆親力親為，留得住客人既胃。
