To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不是剛好走到海光街這邊 也不知道原來短短的一條街有哪麼多食肆隨心地走入隨心 一嚐惹味的星馬菜店面都算大 分為兩邊  兩口子坐的那邊比教寧靜一個點了招牌菜海南雞飯($85)一個點了咖哩牛腩飯($90)先說說牛腩飯 大大件牛腩非常抵食雖然有一兩口是筋位 有些少乾口但咖哩很夠味 非常適合佐飯！再來就是海南雞飯以竹籬般的碟子上台 賣相相當吸引亦很有風味雞肉嫩滑 傍邊的木耳配菜夠醒胃不錯！最後還點了杯檸檬薏米水($28)低糖配方 合我口味又清新！
