今年係同bestie相識既第十五個年頭🥹要好好慶祝🍾呢份得來不易既友誼🫶🏻周年紀念既呢一晚一於食豪啲!食bestie最愛既omakase😍suzuno剩係得一個dinner set $1880🌟記得一定要book位唔接受Walk in❌而且要俾訂金的~因為廚師會早一日order食材,所以每日去食都有少少唔同😋👍🏻套餐分為七個部份:前菜、季節限定食材、五款刺身、料理兩客、10件手握壽司、味噌湯、甜品❤️好欣賞鄧師傅喺過程當中給予適當嘅介紹,認識食材及當中嘅文化,好愉快咁渡過呢四個鐘嘅晚飯時間🙏🏻因為接近農曆新年,所以師傅準備咗日本傳統新年會食嘅賀年食品,個人認為有啲似懷石料理:昆布漬物、海老(代表長壽嘅祝福)、黑豆、栗子、魚蛋等等,都有唔同嘅新年祝福嘅意味🥰非常有心思然後會上一個熱湯,本來以為只係普通嘅味噌湯,點知一打開,係車海老👍🏻雞肉蘿蔔新鮮熬製嘅湯😋非常有鮮味,而且可以先暖一暖胃打底❤️好幸運地,今日有赤矢柄(我形容為一條好似鴨嘴獸嘅魚🙈)師傅即席拎咗一條出嚟,先介紹,然後就切出魚背上的肉,其他部份都唔會食用,非常矜貴🌟🌟一開始先是鰝鰺刺身,口感爽脆彈牙,感覺很fresh🆗唔需要額外嘅

一開始先是鰝鰺刺身,口感爽脆彈牙,感覺很fresh🆗唔需要額外嘅豉油,完全冇腥味
今晚有三道菜都同蝦有關,白蝦刺身好出色,啖啖肉,口感有啲似食緊燕窩粥😋之後有一個係炸白蝦蝦球,都幾彈牙✅
出乎意料地有蟹食😍😍😍仲要係原隻起晒肉,香箱蟹😋有膏好香,而且肉質鮮甜,加埋檸檬🍋汁一流!值回票價😆
中途上咗一個油揚白蝦,原隻蝦連殼都炸得非常香口,配埋sake真係忍唔住一隻接一隻😚
同時師傅準備咗貝殼類:白見貝和赤貝,擺盤非常有心思,美得像畫🥹打卡💯💯
全晚嘅MVP一定一定是三文魚籽❣️❣️❣️原本以為和平時吃的一樣,點知一食入口係超級彈牙,完全冇鹹腥味,一咬落去爆汁口腔充滿甜味❤️❤️❤️大愛!
原本我係唔食白子刺身,但係師傅燒過之後,顛覆咗我嘅認知😳原來可以咁creamy,口感rich🆒
去到刺身嘅環節,就係師傅表演嘅環節🤩🤩師傅好貼心地幫我哋整到最細嘅飯🙈
赤矢柄口感食落去清甜嫩滑👍🏻幾特別
金目鯛、寒鰤魚(富山特產)、關鯖魚(唯一一款唔需要醃製)係師傅最鍾意嘅三大魚刺身👍🏻個人都非常喜歡😋😋欣賞師傅嘅安排令到一餐飯可以食到日本不同地區的特產🙏🏻
仲有福岡槍魷魚、北海道沙甸魚、中吞拿、赤身,色澤非常鮮艷,一睇就非常有食慾😍👍🏻👍🏻味道更加唔使講咁好食!🤣🤣最後仲有北海道馬糞海膽🥹入口即溶唔使多講💯💯
食咗咁多生嘢之後,師傅安排咗一碗熱嘅麵豉湯,非常貼心✅
最後嘅最後當然唔少得甜品~就係日本羊羹加新鮮士多啤梨🍓為呢餐晚飯畫上完美嘅句號。
成餐飯食咗差唔多四個鐘,快樂不知時日過😆🥰師傅非常健談,控制時間都非常好,令到我同朋友都有一個視覺味覺聽覺既頂級享受💯期待下一次嘅光臨,再食到其他新鮮食材,呢間餐廳係慶祝紀念日子的不二選擇❣️❣️❣️
