To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這天帶男友來到我常吃午餐的法國餐廳用餐。 男友很驚訝中環工廈裡有這樣好氣氛的餐廳 哈哈! 碰巧餐廳在做買一送一的優惠,我們就一人一杯House White Wine和House Red Wine!兩款酒都很香醇又易入口呢!頭盤我們就點了焗古也芝士洋蔥湯。一送上來就聞到陣陣香噴噴的洋蔥味,而且湯的顏色和放在湯上面的小多士也相當誘人呢!小多士外面脆脆的,內裡浸在湯裡變的軟軟的,一口咬下去好滋味呀! 洋蔥湯非常濃郁,加上半溶可以拉絲的芝士和粒粒洋蔥,口感超棒,味道又相當滋味呢!接下來另一個頭盤就有燒香草蒜蓉蝦!蝦肉肉質彈牙,而上面的香草和蒜蓉味道很濃烈,非常惹味呢! 我還把旁邊的田園沙律菜清光光呢 哈哈!我們其中的一個主菜就是黑松露醬野菌意粉。黑松露醬和野菌的份量也挺多的,把它們跟意粉攪拌起來香氣四溢呢!每一口意粉都被黑松露醬包裹著,而且意粉軟硬適中又很彈牙,味道非常不錯呢!另一個當然要點我喜歡的燒蜜糖檸檬芥末籽黑毛豬排骨!排骨燒的金黃金黃的,再加上蜜糖檸檬芥末醬,份外誘人!黑毛豬排骨啖啖肉外加少許脂肪,咬下去肉質軟稔又充滿肉汁! 配上酸酸甜甜的醬汁好開胃!最後當然要吃個是日甜品作個完美的句

椰子撻真的好重椰子味,餅底好好吃呢!
杏仁雪糕就不算太甜。
