Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

印度脆米球印度常見小食，脆卜卜嘅米球，內有薯仔同豌豆蓉，再倒入冰涼嘅酸甜醬汁畫龍點睛，好開胃！咖喱腰果汁雞肉Korma都好淺色，咖喱幼滑濃郁，有明顯椰奶香同淡淡腰果味，相對香料味冇咁勁，好易入口，雞肉煮得好嫩滑。鍋煮咖喱羊肉用左好多香料，估唔到仲有好香羊羶味，羊肉大大件，肉質軟腍易咬，份量都唔少。免治羊肉烤餅羊肉薄餅的餡更是看得出廚師落重手，夠多肉多餡，質地煙韌，唔洗配咖哩都好好食。原味烤麥餅口感香糯外皮酥脆，內餡鬆軟，可以將咖喱的醬汁完美地吸附在其中。
