To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友跟我說才知道,合時小廚歷史悠久,原來連曾志偉陳伯祥曹達華都去過,所以今天就去吃晚餐試試 。服務態度還可以吧,有什麼需要或者需求可以提前跟他們說,人還是蠻好的時間算早,所以座位蠻多的,點了三道菜。芝麻骨朋友吃了十幾年,每次去必點。味道酸甜非常開胃,一份大概有七八塊肉,酥脆的部分較入味,一口接一口的吃,這食物會上癮的,每一個朋友都讚不絕口。金銀蛋浸菠菜皮蛋鹹蛋上湯浸菠菜,菠菜非常入味,如果怕太鹹的話,可以提前跟店員說少放點鹽魚香茄子煲也是非常好送飯的一道菜,可以叫廚房把茄子煮熟一點軟一點,味道更入味更可口總括來說,個人很喜歡「芝麻骨」的味道,有機會去坑口的朋友不妨去吃吃看。
