To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天專程去了這間位置偏僻的米芝蓮推介老趙越南餐廳一試。來得越南餐廳,當然要試生牛肉湯河。這裡的生牛肉河賣相精緻,河粉面頭鋪了牛肉、洋蔥和白蘿蔔。牛肉河湯頭還可,淡淡清香,味道略帶偏甜,可惜香料味不夠重,欠缺層次。河粉抵讚,晶瑩剔透而且非常幼滑,卻仍能保持彈牙,不會太腍身。生牛肉偏熟,不過有牛味,而且亦腍身。午市套餐包括飲品,點了一杯蜂蜜柑桔露,清潤解渴,不錯。餐廳除了Pho,亦有檬粉、飯、咖哩、粉河等。
