To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講起香港一啲特色美食，我諗煲仔飯都算係一款唔錯嘅選擇🤩透過煲仔嘅熱力令飯煮熟👏🏻加上臘味、臘腸等一齊蒸。特別滋味👍🏻老公今次帶我去佐敦一間好傳統嘅煲仔飯店唔知味道如何呢？（5⭐️最高）港式臘味煲仔飯（5⭐️）味道香濃可口當中有臘肉、臘腸、臘鴨。😋我覺得最滋味就係臘鴨😘，因為嗰種臘鴨油慢慢滲入飯裏，加入煲仔飯豉油、同埋飯焦一齊食真係好滋味呀⋯⋯💋甜蜜咕嚕肉（5⭐️）值得一提的是當中的甜酸醬是拉絲的，不是普通的甜酸醬所做😍。豬肉肥瘦均勻、外皮炸脆卜卜，加上三色椒及菠蘿🍍。特別開胃，小朋友最喜歡👍🏻。瑤柱上湯田園時蔬（5⭐️）菜心吸收咗上湯嘅滋味，所以份外香甜，而且瑤柱份量好足料🥰芒果特飲（5⭐️）好特別的特飲， 芒果味夠濃，但又唔會太酸😝士多啤梨特飲（5⭐️）當中加入了少少菠蘿汁，所以會帶有甜香嘅感覺😉
