去九龍城,除咗食泰國菜之外,仲可以食日式居酒屋!首先一入坐,就有一份前菜($10),好開胃,我哋仲覺得前菜唔夠,叫咗一個漬物三點,滿足自己等菜嘅胃。首先我哋叫咗幾份串燒,包括極上黑豚腩,育森青提豚肉卷同富士蘋果煙肉卷。黑豚腩肥而唔膩,而煙肉卷同豚肉卷嘅口感好有趣,豐富咗口感同層次感,帶嚟一種獨特嘅風味,值得一試。漬物三點係另一道唔可以錯過嘅前菜。呢道菜以多種蔬菜同海帶製成,色彩繽紛,口感爽脆,帶嚟一絲微酸嘅味道,可以為整餐帶嚟一點清新嘅感覺。南蠻炸雞同姊妹芝麻雞翼係兩道好受歡迎嘅炸雞菜式。南蠻炸雞嘅外層酥脆,內裡多汁嫩滑,好開胃。姊妹芝麻雞翼則以芝麻為主要調味料,搭配上炸得香脆嘅雞翼,加埋檸檬汁,香氣四溢。另外叫咗油甘魚鮫同清酒煮蜆。超級推薦油甘魚鮫!鮮美嘅口感令人回味無窮。清酒煮蜆則以蜆肉煮製而成,蜆肉鮮甜多汁,帶有一絲清酒嘅香氣,好開胃。最後仲叫咗個芝士玉子燒同燒粟米。玉子燒嘅蛋煎得恰到好處,外層金黃酥脆,內裡濕潤軟綿,搭配上芝士嘅濃郁香味,簡直係美味嘅絕配。
