To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 海鮮就係魚蝦蟹,仲有貝殼類,鮑魚都唔少得。呢個海鮮蒸鍋,就係有齊晒上面嘅食材。較為特別的係魚,日本喜知次一夜干。大鄉里,似是鹹魚又唔係鹹魚,似是新鮮魚又唔係新鮮魚。我形容佢係鹹魚與新鮮魚之間。一魚兩種味道。除了魚特別之外,還有日本大赤蝦,貝殼類有刀貝,月亮貝,青口,鮑魚,奄仔蟹,開邊龍蝦等等新鮮海產。店員服務週到,為客人蒸煮海產,鍋邊有個時間掣,蒸煮時間啱啱好。食完海鮮後,再食個海鮮粥。所有蒸過的海鮮精粹都流入粥鍋裏面。唔使多講,都可以知道粥的美味。但係呢一次,嗰啲粥好似杰咗少少,有少少似潮州粥,但其味無窮。
