To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

偶爾光顧柴灣譚仔，是次到取外賣，發現“寧被人知莫被人見“的事。收銀處旁地下就這樣隨地放下包好有待客人到取之外賣，食客能否接受，有賴大家“包容”，本人就不能接受。本人記得打電話時的外賣到取號碼，店員首先精明地收錢找贖，本人問外賣是否做好，她不回頭看一下身旁的外賣膠袋上的號碼，就說要等一會。見其他外賣陸續出來，好奇再問同一位店員，她才如夢初醒地在地下拿著外賣給本人，可憐外賣放在地下之餘，還攤凍了。收銀一流，衛生與服務不入流，本人實不滿意。如閣下可接受，真的有氣度！佩服佩服。
