Restaurant: Fresh Fish Soup (Ho Pong Street)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有約行到V city諗住搵嘢食,但間間都好多人排隊,之後就慢慢行去新墟街市嗰邊睇吓有咩食,經過見到呢店有魚麵食未食過諗住試吓,估唔到幾有驚喜。叫咗一個菜脯煎蛋可以加$18試個魚麵,菜圃蛋好食,唔會太鹹調味啱啱好,魚面比我想像中有驚喜,比較煙靭,我食得出有魚嘅質感,同埋食完都唔會咁有負擔,因為真係食得出用魚肉早出嚟嘅,澱粉質比較少,加上個魚湯嘅湯底都好好味另外,仲叫咗個金銀蛋菜,同樣因為湯底可能用咗魚肉嘅湯底好鮮味。真係估唔到隨意入嘅一間舖頭會咁有驚喜。再經過一定會食。
