1.安格斯牛肉配忌廉海鮮烏冬加白飯安格斯牛肉肉質味道唔錯,但有少少筋忌廉烏冬湯底以忌廉汁為主,加入左香草,奶香味比較濃,烏冬食落口感滑溜,但較正式叫嘅一碗淡味,不過整體而言都可以接受2.黑蒜炙燒極濃黑豚肉拉麵湯底係好香既黑蒜味,黑豚肉肉質素都唔錯,不過較瘦,所以有少少乾,糖心蛋流心程度啱啱好,蛋黃好香滑,但因為有少少凍,所以加少少湯底一齊食可以中和下,令味道更濃烈,可以增添多重味道,拉麵口感比較彈牙!
